Help for Changing Your Password

If you do not have a library card and would like one, contact your local Pals reference librarian.

To change your password, do the following:
1. Enter your barcode number in the Barcode Number box.
   Your barcode number is a 14 digit number that can be found on your library card or student ID. It is located below an actual barcode on the card and always starts with a 2.

2. Enter your old password in the Old Password box.
   Initially, your password is your last name. If your last name is more than eight letters long, it is the first eight letters of your last name.

3. Enter your new password in the New Password box.
   Your new password can not be over eight characters long. It can be any combination of the letters A-Z and numbers 1-9.

4. Click on the Submit button.
   You will receive a response informing you of the success or failure of the change.
